Mission Statement

We, The Doctors and Staff of Bay Park Pet Clinic, are dedicated to providing quality, state-of-the-art health care to patients.  In order to meet this goal we pledge the following to our clients and ourselves:

• To treat your pet with kindness and compassion whenever he or she is in our care.
• To keep the client fully informed regarding preventative health care measures applicable to their pet and to freely recommend appropriate treatment sand products to insure that our patients lead a long and healthy life.
• To give our clients and patients individualized care and to treat them as we would a member of our own family.
• To continually educate and improve ourselves in order to provide high quality care for our patients.
• To respect our client’s time by staying on schedule to the best of our abilities while not jeopardizing the quality of care we provide.
• To communicate openly and honestly with our clients and ourselves at all times, and to do our best to find accurate answers to difficult questions.
